This Privacy Policy explains what information AERRO (“we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the AERRO app or website (the “Service”) you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information: your email address, which we use to create your account and send you a one-time sign-in code.

Subscription information: your subscription status and plan. Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Stripe (web). We do not collect or store your full payment card details.

Usage information: app interactions, device and diagnostic data, and crash logs used to operate and improve the Service.

How we use your information

To provide and secure the Service, authenticate you, deliver and manage your subscription, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and improve features and reliability. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share limited data with vendors that operate the Service on our behalf, including: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (web payments), RevenueCat and Apple (in-app subscriptions), and our hosting and analytics providers. Each processes data under its own terms and only as needed to provide its service.

Data retention & deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal requirements. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app: Profile → Delete account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription — cancel that separately in your Apple ID settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us at the email below.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below and, where appropriate, by notice in the Service.
