1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and AERRO (“AERRO,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the AERRO mobile app, website, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not financial advice

AERRO is an informational and educational tool. Nothing in the Service is, or should be construed as, financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, future, option, or other instrument.

Trading futures, options, and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance, track records, win rates, and any “confluence,” score, signal, or playbook shown in the Service are not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for any gains or losses. You should consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment decision.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions, billing & free trial

AERRO Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. We currently offer a monthly plan billed every 28 days and an annual plan, at the prices shown in the app or on the website at the time of purchase. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the selected plan.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are billed to your Apple ID and governed by Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Purchases made on the website are processed by Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.

Except where required by law (or by App Store policy), payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not refunded.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping or redistributing data or content; reverse-engineering or attempting to extract source code; reselling or sublicensing access; interfering with the Service’s operation or security; or using the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property & license

The Service, including all software, content, scores, and branding, is owned by AERRO and its licensors and is protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.

7. Third-party data

The Service may incorporate market data, news, and other information from third-party providers. Such data is provided “as is” without warranty, may be delayed or inaccurate, and is subject to the providers’ own terms. AERRO is not responsible for third-party data or for any decision made in reliance on it.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AERRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. You may also permanently delete your account from within the app (Profile → Delete account).

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below and, where appropriate, by notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
